Fundraiser for Communications Gear

Communication is a critical resource, which is essential for the modern world. Its role on the frontline is even more important.

DOU, the biggest Ukrainian community of IT experts, and the AZOV.ONE fundraising unit are launching a joint fundraiser to procure equipment for the Communication Service of the 12th Special Forces Brigade Azov of the National Guard of Ukraine.

This fundraiser aims at strengthening the underestimated yet vital link supporting the integrity of the Brigade as a cohesive unit. It is the reliability of military communications that ensures threat identification and situational awareness, coordination and resource allocation, as well as the continuity of combat operations.

Goal: 3,000,000 UAH

These funds will be spent on dozens of communication devices, such as: 

• digital repeaters,

• portable and mobile radios, as well as their components,

• satellite modems,

• wireless access points,

• radio bridges,

• inverter generators and portable power stations.

Regardless of the donated amount, every donor will have a chance to receive one of the prizes that we have prepared for this fundraiser:

• a MacBook laptop;

• a Ukrainian flag signed by Azov’s Brigade Commander, Denys Prokopenko;
